Central City Apartments

Very homely and really clean. Lots of useful amenities. Loved the decor/style. Very close to great bars, restaurants and easy walking distance to city centre. Highly recommend.

Only tiny thing was lack of shelf in shower to put bottles. Understandably, host wouldn't spoil shower walls, but could maybe hang a basket over shower screen? But not a big issue!

Very well equipped and close to supermarket if you want to self cater. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Easy walk to the City Centre but a quiet location. Such a spacious, attractive apartment - a real home-from-home. It offers far more than a motel.

You need to be aware that the allocated car space is about 100 metres away and when you get to the building, there are about 24 stairs to climb. It is worth putting up with that slight inconvenience to stay in this appt.

Really good location, close to the heart of Christchurch. Spacious, quiet location. The owner was also really friendly and provided us with early check in :)

If I had to nitpick it would be that the toilet had a sort of stale smell? But nothing a room spray couldn’t fix. Also it would be nice if more toilet rolls were provided

It is the second time we booked this accommodation, and again, it is one of the best we've ever had in NZ. It's spotless, very well equipped, and close to the centre. I also appreciated the private free parking. Highly recommended.
