"Nie mehr wieder ins M3 Azul"

Die Lage des Apartments war gut. Pool war vorhanden.

Kein Balkon wie in der Apartment Beschreibung angeführt.Kein Schreibtisch.Kein Kleiderständer.Keine Schranke oder Fächer für Kleidungsstücke, keine Ablagen vorhanden, nur ein Kleiderschrank dem man einige Jacken oder Hemden aufhängen konnte sonst vollgestopft mit Sachen des Apartments.Wir mussten aus den Koffern leben.Klimaanlage defekt und durch tropfendes Wasser ein Schaden an der Mauer.Apartment ist uralt, geschätzt 25 Jahre genau wie die Einrichtung.Bei den Pools gab es keine Liegebetten man konnte sich nur ins Gras legen. Der Vermieter Juan hat alle Reklamationen ignoriert und sogar behauptet ein Balkon wäre vorhanden obwohl es keinen gibt.

El apartamento bien equipado y muy acogedor. Los jardines y las piscinas geniales. Supermercados, demás servicios y zonas de ocio todo cerca. Lo mejor: ACEPTAN MASCOTAS.

Por decir algo, el estado de los montacargas a nivel estético, no están muy cuidados.

La ubicación es muy muy buena, salida directa al paseo y a la playa. Unas zonas comunes estupendas con 3 piscinas y mucho césped.

Nos lo encontramos regular en tema de limpieza; estaba lleno de pelos de perro tanto el suelo como el sofá-cama.

El estudio está muy bien para dos adultos y un niño como en mi caso íbamos. Está equipado con todo. Ponía que en el mes de julio y agosto había que pagar un suplemente por toallas y sábanas, pero no es así entran, las quedan colocadas.

No es que no me gustara. Pero el estudio estaba escaso de producto de limpieza

Excellent location 3 mins walk from seafront and supermarket. Very secure, nice building. The bed was very comfortable. Had no problems.

Nice additional touches to suggest to improve for future guests: 1. Plug in air freshener. 2. Plastic white curtain behind navy curtain to block extra sunlight. 3. Netflix or English channels on TV
