Niezwykle miła i pomocna właścicielka, apartament bardzo czysty, doskonała lokalizacja.

Na stronie obiektu jest informacja, że na miejscu jest dostępny prywatny parking, tylko konieczna jest rezerwacja, w rzeczywistości jest to parking dla wszystkich mieszkańców bloku, więc miejsce niekoniecznie będzie dostępne, a rezerwacja miejsca nie jest możliwa. Mnie się udało zaparkować, ale żadnej gwarancji nie ma - wg. mnie nie jest to wystarczająco jasno opisane w ofercie.
