-Grand balcon avec vue magnifique de la mer et lever du soleil -Contact très facile et agréable avec l’hôte Pilar et répond rapidement -Internet performant -Piscine froide mais propre -Lits confortables -épicerie à 8 min de marche -autobus à 10 min de marche

-Vaisselle et chaudron mêlés -Literie minimale -La plaque chauffante difficile à comprendre avec 2 ronds pour cuire -Pas de feuille explicative pour nous informer sur le fonctionnement des appareils, ou mettre les poubelles , ou se diriger pour aller à l’épicerie -Les deux douches ne fonctionnent pas bien. L’eau gicle partout. Il faudrait vraiment changer les deux pommeaux des douches défectueux . -les 55 marches à gravir pour se rendre au condo.

Schöner Pool, gepflegt Wohnanlage. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas steil aber dafür ist man oben und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, per WhatsApp.

Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas üppiger sein.

Super schön gelegen, toller Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer, halb im Berg gelegen, nur 5 Minuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt, Strand ebenfalls fußläufig, schöne Promenade. Alles super mit mehreren Buslinien zu erreichen, ob das Landesinnere, als auch den Hafen und sonstige Ausflugsziele. Das Apartment hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Wohnzimmer und eine phantastische Terrasse mit Meerblick! Ein Pool gehört ebenfalls zum Apartmentkomplex. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

The apartment was definitely not the one the pictures showed but it was still OK. Two friends having a few days away together the apartment fulfilled our needs. The terrace overlooked the Sunset Beach club and the sea. The veiw was lovely. It was up a steep hill at the front and the back road up from the beach has about 50 steps so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with low fitness or mobility problems. Didn't bother us though and it was really handy having a supermarket right down the hill at the back. We got the train from the airport to Benalmadena and a taxi to the apartment was €8. After that we walked everywhere and we were happy with the location away from the bustle of the resort. We didn't cook or use much facilities but all seemed adequate. Plenty of extras provided. Air-conditioning was modern and worked well.WiFi was good. Didnt meet the landlord but correspondend via WhatsApp and got all the information and help we needed

Showers were very poor. If you hooked it up the water just ran down the wall so you had to hold the shower hose yourself. The curtain was inadequate to stop the floor flooding. Bed was comfortable enough but pillows were hard and lumpy. Very minor things but worth a mention. A smart TV would have been good so netflix could be watched if required.

I liked absolutely everuthing about the property. Many kitchen utensils available, coffe, condiments. Everything needed for a pleasant stay

Great location and views. Nice size apartment.

Cooker was very temperamental. Outside shutters not easy to use and some you could not close at all. Tiles in bathroom really dirty. Grouting was black with grime on tiles and around the toilet and basin. Sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers either none existent or very limited. Very disappointed. Very basic provisions.... 1x 1/2 toilet rolls and 1 full one for the week. Front door gate did not lock so unable to sit with the front door open. Air conditioner units in bedrooms no controls.. so unable to use. Washing machine really past it's sell by date and expecting you to stick a pencil in to switch it on was not acceptable. Batteries in TV remote dead. No information on on how to use appliances. And technical books was not available for all appliances. Seems very little attention is being paid to the overall detail of equipment and provisions as described.

Nestled on the hills, yet just a short distance from the beach and amenities, offering breathtaking views of both the sea and mountains. Pilar is very nice, quick to respond, and willing to resolve any issues. Apartment is large and comfortable and check in and out was easy.
