Royal Studio

The owner of the unit is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The unit has a TV (not a smart TV) with 3 English channels (2 News channels). It also has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, sufficient crockery, a little dining table for two and most enjoyable... a washing machine! This was a big plus. The unit has wifi (not the fastest - but it is there). The unit is very close to a supermarket and one can walk to the beach. We had a car, but you can easily walk to the public beach where we snorkelled out to a few small reefs and saw lots of fish. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The unit was very clean and is on the first floor.

We had a good stay and although the property has a lot to offer it is very small... but one can live with it. The bedding could be better. We had two sheets that were thin, old and had baubles (worn out and tired) and a thin fleece blanket. There are 2 pillows for each person which is great, but only 2 had pillowcases (which were at least new) The bed is wobbly. If the bedding was crisp, of a good quality and new with a new mattress... it would have a far more upmarket feel. Otherwise all was good.

Great location close to beach.

Very nice and clean apartment. Close to the flic en flac beach, grocerystore, restaurants etc. Own parking space. Host was extremely kind and helpful! They came to find me because I was a little lost (because the lack of gps :D). I had a long flight and didn't get much sleep so I didn't dare to drive myself to a phone store to get a local sim card for my phone. The host was extremely friendly and drove me himself to a store and back to buy a local simcard so I can have my gps working on my phone (note to self: always buy sim card at the airport to get the gps working before driving anywhere :D). Thick blackout curtains was a big plus so you can get the room totally dark when sleeping. Good air conditioning. Very cozy and close to everything. 10/10 recommend when visiting flic en flac!

Everything was great. Well equipped peaceful apartment, wifi was fine, good location.

The apartment is small, and the kitchen is separate from the bedroom and equipped with everything you need. We had a great parking lot and everything that you need you can find it at the 3 minutes walk supermarket. It is very close to the beach. You have a TV and a washing machine, witch is great and you can’t wash your dirty clothes and towels. The balcony is small and only good for drying your clothes. The owners are very kind and helpful people and ready to help with anything you need. They let us stay late free of charge in the last day of our accommodation because we had an late flight. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

Comfortable, clean and in a quiet place but close to beach and supermarket. Wifi worked well.

The host was very caring and helpful.

There was a washingmashin to use, close to center, owner she was really nice and helpful. We used kichen-all you need for basic cooking.
