Apartamento Los Cisnes

Location was great, pool was awesome and beds were comfortable

Apartment was comfortable but very tired with a few door handles on the verge of breaking. Apartment was pretty dirty and hasn't had a deep clean for a while

The apartment was clean and comfortable in a good location close to the beach... restaurants and bars.

Second time here great value for money. Comfortable apartment and excellent pool and garden

The air con unit is hit and miss often not working or making the most horrendous noise. The beds are in a horrendous state! In the twin room As soon as my partner sat on the end of one he sunk straight down on looking under the ‘mattress’ (which actually just appear to be foam blocks) we saw a very old unsturdy hollow metal frame and broken slat holders and missing slats from the end of the bed. Looking at the second bed in the twin room approx 3-4 slats were missing/holders broken and slats placed in the opposite to normal direction to ‘try’ and rectify the problem however still leaving a massive hole in the base of the bed. In the double room whilst all the slats were in place the bed frame was the issue here again hollow metal framework that was extremely unsturdy and extremely questionable whether it would support 2 people sleeping! Therefore 1 semi usable single bed, 1 double which is questionable to support 2 people, so we move onto the sofa bed! The sofa bed yes was the most sturdy bed in The apartment that being said if you don’t mind having a thick rod stuck in the middle of your back all night ! Luckily we were only 3 in our party when the apartment supposedly sleeps 6 (how I don’t know) but it’s not great having to have couples sleeping in separate rooms because the bed situation doesn’t live up to its advertised capacity ! The kitchenette is equipped with a decent sized fridge and small freezer. An ancient microwave with large burn marks inside and what appeared to be a old halogen oven neither of which we used. The bathroom, quite obviously the most recently renovated room in the apartment and looks the part however again does not deliver. The water pressure is either fantastic or absolutely diabolical it was just pot luck which you would get. The shower head is cracked along the top of the handle which lets out extra spurts of water at an almighty pressure which is the reason for the dodgy paintwork on the ceiling.

Location 2 Bedrooms , Immaculate Gardens, Very Friendly Host

Big Pool was out of Order getting cleaned for a few days , but it was No Problem as we are Beach Babes .

Self catering garden area ok

Poll was closed due to water shortage air con in room wasn’t working building work in building was dangerous walking around rubble everywhere , and tools and wires up and down stairs windows was hanging off runners, shower was dripping no water for day and no access to pool

The apartment was great, very spacious and well supplied

The big pool was closed off

Location excellent, near to beach and a little walk up to bonanza Square and arroyo. Also main bus stops and Paloma park a couple of minute walk. Nice clean apartment and host came out to sort the tv for us. Will definitely stay again.
