Apartamento Sun Beach

This is the 3rd year, myself and my sister have stayed in this apartment. It is in a fantastic location, right in the marina, close to many restaurants, bars and the beach. The communication with the hosts, Jhoa and Ronald is excellent and make the visits memorable, thank you 😊

The location was spot on. The big balcony was great to people watch. The extra soundproofing in the bedrooms was good. The karaoke bar downstairs was fun to listen to. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

Very clean, comfortable apartment in a very convenient location. Near the beach with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

There was nothing we didn't like. There is no pool, and the view from the apartment overlooks a square with bars and restaurants. This was not an issue for us but may be for some people.

Location could not have been better for us with everything we needed so close. No need for a car as supermarkets close by or a short taxi ride to a large hypermarket. When one of the lights in the lounge failed someone came straight away. Only cooked one meal in the apartment but well equipped for anyone who wants to self cater. We enjoyed trying out the local restaurants. Although maybe for visiting Brits it would be better to have four mugs rather than small cups. We like our tea. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage.

The only drawback to the apartment from our point of view, as older visitors, is that the beds were very hard. We do like a firm mattress but a soft topper to be kind to the old joints.

The apartment had everything we needed, a great terrace. There was plenty of space, and it also had an indoor terrace if the weather wasn't great.

We didn't realise it situated over a bar and in the thick of the restaurants. Music was supposed to stop at 12 am, but one night, it went on until 3am. Very loud, bad karaoke singers. The restaurants had their music from 9.30am, having breakfast on the lovely terrace wasn't particularly relaxing listening to Rock FM..

Everything was good. Helpful hosts, clean and great facilities. The location was excellent. Beach around the corner supermarket in the Marina and abundance of choice of restaurants and great bars.
