Beautiful, cosy, well‑equipped and modern apartment in a quiet lane, yet in a very strategic location — close to Bormio, close to Isolaccia (shops, restaurants), and right on the cycle path to Bormio. Roberta is an exceptionally kind and attentive host; she truly made my stay pleasant and comfortable. Communication was excellent, and she always did one extra thoughtful thing beyond what I would expect — from buying a cake in famous local bakery for my arrival to offering a later check‑out so I could enjoy the last day of my vacation even more. This is hospitality at the highest possible level. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and spend my holiday here again. Thank you for a great experience.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist modern und schön ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend zur Begrüßung gab es sogar einen kleinen Kuchen der sehr lecker war . Für unsere Motorräder wurde uns eine Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage angeboten.

Absolutely everything. Chalet Roberta was a gem. The chalet was tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Struttura bellissima, molto pulita e moderna, situata in una zona tranquilla e strategica per visitare le principali attrazioni turistiche della valle. Con parcheggio privato, l'appartamento gode di qualsiasi tipo di comoditá, e coccola, cosa che ha reso il nostro soggiorno rilassante e super confortevole. Ha anche un locale sicuro e pratico per depositare biciclette e attrezzatura da sci. Per la seconda volta in pochi anni abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare qui, godendo di un ottimo rapporto qualitá/prezzo. Che dire poi di Roberta, la padrona di casa, anima e cuore di questa struttura. Persona squisita, disponibile, simpatica e molto, molto gentile! Grazie di ❤️ per averci ospitati!

Pur essendoci trovati benissimo come spunto di miglioramento suggerisco Installare delle tende oscuranti anche nella zona giorno dove è presente il divano letto e di inserire nella zona cucina un forno microonde

We really felt at home here. We travel a lot and in most cases even top-rated properties are just average. Something is always lacking: stylish, but not comfy, looking good in photos, but cheap and flimsy in real life, old shower, no kettle, eyesore décor. Probably because owners do not put their hearts into rental properties, or just do not think. Roberta's place had everything, arranged in perfect harmony. Kitchen equipment - brand name and new. Furniture - well built, real wood, matching the interior and feeling of a mountain cottage. Floor, wall, lamps, decorations - all stylish and matching. Bathroom - everything brand new and brand name. I think Roberta built this place for herself, without intention to rent it out to strangers :) We liked the arrangement of lights: you could turn on cozy and romantic light, night lamp for kids, or fill the rooms with light if needed. The light switches and electrical sockets in right places. Special machine to dry our ski boots in garage - loves this one, as we did not need to bring the boots into the apartment. Containers for sorting trash in garage as well - very convenient. One thing I noticed in Roberta's garage: all the tools arranged in perfect order and floor so clean, maybe even vacuumed :) It really shows that the host is a clean and tidy person. Needless to say apartment was spotless. Location was perfect for skiing in Livigno and Bormio. Right between the two resorts. A couple ski rental places almost in walking distance. A few OK restaurants and minimarkets nearby. There was a small problem with the fridge. It quit working. It looked new, so probably some type of manufacturing defect. Roberta replaced the fridge in 1 day :) Trust me, it's not an easy task. It was a built-in fridge, so it takes time to remove and transport. After we returned from skiing the new fridge was in place. WOW! I think we will come back, and we definitely recommend this place for fellow travelers.

Now I have to complain about something... :) Need to help Roberta make her place even better :) Pillows for kids were great, but adult ones too big. I am a fan of small flat pillows. What else... maybe a couple medium size cups would be nice. There were really big ones and really small ones, but no medial size. And a couple bowls for morning cereal. Nothing else I can think of :) For sure will come back to Roberta's place.
