I was waiting 1 hour for send me confirmation and code to get inside nobody answered… I stood in front of the door with my luggage. We went downstairs to the pizza place and asked an employee to call the owners to give us the room code. I had two towels and they were torn. 🤦🏻‍♀️ dirty fridge... on the floor, it wasn't washed.
