"Gute Wohnung in Strandnähe für einen kurzen Aufenthalt."

Die Nähe zum Strand war toll. Die Wohnung war schön groß und bot alles, was man braucht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel und kühl. Leider konnte man die Mieter über uns am Morgen deutlich hören und nicht in Ruhe ausschlafen.

Beste Lage in der Nähe vom Neptun Hotel und vom Strand.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain, das wsr in der Beschreibung so nicjt ersichtlich. Kleine Kellerfenster auf Straßenniveau. Kein Barrierefreier Zugang.

Top Lage,alles war in dieser Ferienwohnung sauber, fast alles was man braucht vorhanden. Nettes Personal nebenan.

Die gesamte FeWo war sehr gut ausgestattet, toll fanden wir die 2 Badezimmer. Die Lage zum Strand war super und außerhalb der Sommermonate auch sehr ruhig gelegen.

Hier gibt es generell nichts zu bemengeln, das der einzige Nachteil der uns einfallen würde wäre die fehlende Waschmaschine wenn man vor hat länger zu bleiben. Als Kurztrip wie bei uns von 2 Nächten war alles top ☺️

"Super Lage, Größe und Ausstattung"

Das Apartment befindet sich fußläufig zum Strand. Vom Strand kann man mal eben zum Apartment auf Toilette oder noch fix was holen, wenn man was vergessen hat. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und Geräusche von den Nachbarn hört man nicht häufig. Für eine Familie mit Kindern ist das Apartment gut ausgestattet. Sogar ein Rausfallschutz war vorhanden.

Das Apartment war sauber. Lediglich der Boden war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu staubig. Helle Socken waren nach einigen Stunden Tragen von unten deutlich verfärbt. Dunkle Socken oder Hausschuhe helfen hier :) Das Interieur erfüllt seinen Zweck, ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An bewölkten Tagen ist es recht dunkel in der Wohnung. Beleuchtung ist ausreichend vorhanden.
