Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut top! Tolles Sonnendeck! Herrlicher Ausblick!

Die technische Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht leider nicht mehr den heutigen Anforderungen. Kein WLAN, absolutes NO GO bei diesem Mietpreis! Auch in Warnemünde ist dies technisch längst möglich. Auch eine Klimaanlage fehlt leider, ebenso ein Blick- und Sonnenschutz im Wohnzimmer! Auch ein zweiter Wohnungs- und Haustürschlüssel wäre nicht verkehrt!
