New and Cosy on Salisbury Street - City Centre

Communication from property managers is very good and helpful. Good bathroom and kitchen, all reasonably new. Streaming service is good. This is a budget end property so, it’s basic and functions okay…but, wow, housekeeping is letting the side down badly.

What lets this place down is the really poor level of hygiene and housekeeping….cobwebs on the ceiling, toothpaste spray in bathroom, makeup marks, hand touch grime on doors and stairs hand rail, hair fluff on bathroom floor, someone’s pink ‘braces band’ on bedroom floor, dust(skin dust) on the headboard and lamps, the oven needs a proper clean, hand marks on the fridge, dust n dirt on light switches, the sofa bed has stained patches that need a Bissall wet vac. Went to use washing machine,…all clogged up with washing powder. Dishwasher draw is clogged up with tablet residue. The ironing board has no cover so is unusable. The roller blind on the entry door is a H&S issue, the weight bar is hanging on by a thread and hinders exit cos it doesn’t roll up without catching and the hanging bar is at the right level for an eye injury, its damaged and torn. The place needs deep cleaning by an experienced cleaner. Yea, felt uncomfortable with this whole product. There is no off street parking.

Handy to the city and the park for early morning walks. Close to lots of eating places. Everything we needed in the apartment.
