Apartment in the heart of the city

Incredible location!! Walk to plenty of shops, restaurants, & attractions. Can’t beat the tram being at your doorstep! Staff was great to work with, going above & beyond for us. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. Note that this is a 2-story apartment (at least #703 was), and bedrooms were upstairs. Love having a washer/dryer in the unit! The heated blankets were such a nice touch!!

The floors in the bathrooms were really cold, so I had to put down some towels to walk on.

We loved the location. The apartment was wonderful, comfy and with beautiful views of the city. The Christchurch Tram departs directly underneath and it is a relaxing walk to restaurants and other attractions. The electric blankets were GREAT. The owner was really helpful and included photographs in her welcome message, so we could easily find the lock box for the entry pass and where to park. There was fruit and condiments to welcome us. Truly a lovely place to stay. I cannot recommend it more highly.

The free Wi-Fi was a bit patchy and slow, but that only affected my teenage daughter who had to actually talk to us. It might be an issue if blogging or internet speed was crucial to someone, otherwise a small issue only.

pillows should have had a selection of high and low for the young children and there were no spares that we could find in the wardrobes to double up some low ones for the adults

Hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful. Check in information was excellent and great central location where we could walk to everywhere we needed to go. It was ideal for our family and would highly recommend.

Instructions were very clear for getting access to the apartment. Lots of thoughtful extras. Good central location.

The address was confusing as we found out Quest had part of the building. Unfortunately, the stairs in the apartment, for lugging suitcases up to the bedrooms.
