We could only take a shower for about 15 seconds before the water turned completely cold. For most of our stay, there was no reliable hot water, despite giving several chances to fix it. Only during the last few days did we finally have warm water. This is unacceptable for the price we paid. No value for money. On top of that, the lighting was broken, the furniture and facilities are very old, and the apartment feels neglected. Building works around the property — not mentioned in the description — added to the discomfort. Communication with management was poor; instead of addressing the actual issues, our complaints were twisted and pushed back onto us. No real solutions or compensation were ever provided. What you get is far below the price you pay – absolutely no value for money. We cannot recommend this apartment and advise others to book elsewhere if they expect even basic quality and comfort.

• The complex is modern and looks great. • Our host, Lois, was very friendly and quick to help with any issue we had. • The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need. • Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

• A fresh coat of paint would really help, as there were some visible marks on the walls. • While the apartment was generally clean, a deeper cleaning in certain areas would make a noticeable difference.

Modern building, large apartment, which is located 10min walk to the beach. It's in a quiet place, with a concierge at night. Plenty of parking space.

There was no AC in the living room/kitchen area although this was easily fixed by turning on the AC in the bedrooms. The pool was a nice feature but was unfortunately fairly cold as it was in the shade.

We stayed with friends, and the apartment was spacious, conveniently close to the beach and the city center. The internet worked perfectly, and having a washing machine was incredibly helpful. The hosts provided us with all the necessary information and were extremely accommodating when we had an issue with a cracked glass on the table—they took care of it entirely, and we are very grateful for this. If we visit Mauritius again, we will definitely return! Thank you again Manisha.
