The apartment was clean, with excellent appliances (washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, stovetop). We didnt use the oven, iron or hairdryer but they were provided. The air con in each room was great and the TV with google chrome was great to watch our own stuff when chilling in the apartment. The balcony is spacious and plenty of room for the drying rack and to sit outside. The pool area in Benal Beach is always lively and the pool bar is great to have. The onsite supermarket is pretty reasonably priced. All the instructions and communications with the host were excellent, thank you! The bathroom located between the two bedrooms worked fine for us as a family but if travelling with friends its worth being aware it's an adjoining bathroom between the two bedrooms. The shower is lovely but note it can take a while to get warm and best not to use the washing machine at the same time. The location of Benal Beach is superb, close to the beach and the beautiful prom, and easy access to the Arroyo and very reasonably priced food in Bonanza Square area.

The complex itself can appear a little old or run down in parts and there might be some construction going on, its not noisy or dirty but might taint your first impression. The complex is kept clean though and this apartment is finished to a high standard.

Maria our appointed host was fabulous to deal with keys were waiting for us apartment spacious well presented 2 bed roomed as we had 2 -16 year olds with us. The air con was perfect the kitchen had everything we needed the shop down stairs had all you would need to start holiday. The pools were open and had a life guard on duty some slides were closed but that was ok the pool closed on the 16th of October so we were lucky to have had them I would be careful to always check if pool was open as it is nearing the end of the season. The key fob is a brilliant idea for going the short cut to the beach & prom.

The only draw back about our holiday was on the short cut to the beach on the bottom floor double doors each day a lady feeds anything from 20-30 cats with food & bowls I personally don't like cats some were quite thin and scruffy and the smell was really potent in the garden and on the foot paths where people accessed gate to beach & prom .Some families had small children who crawled & walked bare foot on paths just me I didn't feel it was safe to do so. Maybe the management could look at this and provide a better place to let the lady feed the cats if she wished to do so.

Great location. Apartment was well kitted out. Plenty of clothes storage.

Only issue is parking.

The accommodation was great! It was fully equipped: lovely shower, washing machine, air conditioning (haven't needed it yet :)). It was also very clean and maintained.

Very comfortable property with everything we needed. Super clean and the host was fantastic.
