Westwind Pod

It's was a cozy stay and everything was clean.

Location was just beneath the hills was amazing and first time in a pod and definitely won't be the last just amazing I didn't want to leave

The location was great...a quiet neighborhood and our deck looked out at Ben Nevis. The pod had all the amenities we needed. We had a lovely chat with our host, settled in and then walked to town for dinner.

Truly, the only down side was that we only had one night there!

This was very cosy and I felt really relaxed in it. It was spacious enough for 2 people.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I think the owners thought of everything.

The pod is comfy and very clean. The contact with the hosts was excellent and we passed by early in the morning (ahead of our check in time) to just leave our heavy backpacks and that was totally fine with the host. The pod is located at the edge of town and there is nature to be explored right outside the property.

As we were backpacking, the location of the pod is quite far and steeply uphill from the town center (a 45 min walk). This is not a problem for those traveling by car, obviously, but for those on foot it means quite a walk. The price is also quite high compared to other accommodations we found around Scotland.

Clean, tidy, well equipped. Good parking next to the pod. It was nice that the owner, JJ, came and said hello - appreciated!

Fridge needs defrosting so one can access the freezer unit!
