Lokacija beveik pačiame centre, viskas pasiekiama pėsčiomis, apartamentų dydis - daug erdvės, patogi lova.

TV labai prasta kokybė, trūksta indų, arbatinukas labai nudėvėtas jau. Reiktų kosmetinio remonto.

Vieta viskas liuxas. Tvarkinga viskas tame gerai.

Nepatiko nes maudantis duse vanduo tesiog bega po visa vonios kambari ir bega net i kitas patalpas. Galetu buti pylnas ciuzinukas pasikloti salione ant sofos. Tokie keli pastebejimai kur galetumete tikrai patobuleti. Dekui

Nepatiko,kad problema su masinos parkingu,vietos trukumas,buvom 4suauge ir 2vaikai tai tik vienam vaikui buvo patalyne....

Gera vieta, erdvu - tinka šeimai su suaugusiais vaikais.

Neigiama dalis susijusi su virtuve. Investavus iki 100 eur butas pakiltų į kitą lygį. Nėra indaplovės, nėra palikta kempinės indams išplauti. Dideli puodeliai tik 2, apsistojus bent porai dienų trūksta indų. Virtuvės spintelės fasadas nešvarus.
