Excelente. O alojamento é moderno e muito bem equipado, tranquilo e com todas as comodidades, dispõe de garagem. Com uma vista interessante e piscina com água sempre apetecível.

O único senão é a distância para a praia. Especialmente o declive do terreno, mas indo de carro, a praia muito boa tem um parque de estacionamento gratuito

The owner kindly handed over the keys in person even though we arrived at night, and gave us a lift to the airport when we left. Smooth communications! The flat was clean and very comfortable. It is a feature of the area, it’s hilly - be prepared for hilly walks!

Property was lovely and clean, very modern and had all the essentials that you needed - including a coffee machine. Beds were comfy and little one slept well in the travel cot provided. All towels were provided too. Washing machine was very handy and easy to use. The pool area was lovely, the top pool was perfect for little one. Very quiet area, not a lot of noise. You are close to one supermarket (about a 15 minute walk) the others you can get the land train to or walk. My advice would be to use a home delivery service. Plenty to see and do in the area.

If you do not know the area, it is very hilly. We knew this before coming but did struggle a little with the pushchair. Child proofing - There are a few drawers that you need to be mindful of if you have inquisitive little ones… the one under the tv took us all by surprise. The only real cons were the additional charges - Both we were notified of the day before going / leaving - which took us off guard. There is a €300 cash deposit, which you get back at the end of your stay - very hidden in t&cs took me 10 minutes to find. If coming from the U.K. make sure you get a buy back because otherwise you’re going home with €300 cash…. Early check out fee - this isn’t mentioned on the booking, only the times - however if you want to checkout early there’s a charge. We were asked for €30 to check out half hour early….

We had an amazing stay at Mar Y Sol. The apartment was spacious, modern, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The pool was lovely and never too busy. The host was very helpful, met us out of hours to check in as we had a late flight, and also let us have a late check out. We would definitely book again!

Very clean and nice appartment. The host is very nice and helpful if any problems arise. She will do anything to fix it as quickly as possible. We will come back.
