Clean and it had a good shower. Very warm. Bed was comfy too.

No onsite parking. I worried about my car being stolen or damaged on the public street.

We liked having full kitchen and laundry facilities. We really value these features. Thank you. We liked the security of the building and the cleanliness and warmth. We liked that the location was close to the centre of town. We liked the staff, Hayley, she was very friendly and kind.

We would have preferred a room with a large bed, preferably a king-size bed. The pillows were lumpy and a bit weary(old). No on-site parking was difficult. We were concerned about our security returning late at night. Our son drove us from where we parked to the front of the building each night. This was an inconvenience for him, though he was happy to do it, and he insisted. If we do not book again,this would be the one reason we would not, unfortunately.

The property was very comfortable. Heating in every room. Beds were nice and comfy. It was exceptionally clean. The bedding smelt of fresh laundry. Towels were provided.

Location

Parking was an issue it was a bit of walking distance and it was locked at night and opened at 7:30am.
