it was walking distance from the ferry. it looked cozy.

there was small cockroaches and ants, and when I complained to the OWNER he told me it was normal, that all hotels had them, and that if I wasn’t happy I can leave the room, which I did and found an other hotel a littler bit cheaper with NO cockroaches or ants at all and even closer to playa Norte. I found that extremely rude but I am glad I moved.

The studio is situated a 5 minutes walk to the ferry and 10 minutes walk to Playa Norte, the most beautiful beach on the island. It's also close to a lot of restaurants. It had all the amenities you need for a few days stay and it was very clean. Candelario, the host, was very nice.

Being situated on a street, it's a little noisy because of the scooters that pass on the street starting early in the morning. So it's better to bring some earplugs.

the place was very nice and comfortable, the location is great, the whole experience was amazing!

The most comfortable bed I've used on the island! This alone merits returning to this, not to mention the eateries nearby and the beautiful walk along the malecon.

There was a stench from the bathroom that seemed to be coming up from the sewer/shower drain/toilet.

Location was great and the accommodations were very comfortable.
