Estudio J-60, terraza & 1º planta

Perfect location for us. Ideal that there was a washing machine and an oven. Lovely bathroom and uk tv channels ( came in handy when the red storm warning came and we had to stay in 😀)

The window shutter didn't work and no curtains in place of it... and a very damp smell under the sink... wasnt a big problem and im sure if we'd mentioned it to Oscar while we were there he would of sorted it.. but I did tell him when we were leaving so he could sort it for the next guests

Window blind took a while to get fixed. So couldn't have it closed at bed time ( lights from street shineing in) but hosts were very apologetic 😄👍

Ideal for me , it was close to the Arroyo de la Miel train station , Paloma Parc and essentials shopping . Also within the area there are plenty of cafes and restaurants . Not too far from the coast then on the flat walking to get some steps in ! I visit this area a few times each year staying in studio accommodation like this and was quite impressed with the layout giving a less cramped feel than i sometimes feel , and J-60 has kept its balcony too ! The welcome gifts were a nice touch too , something that used to be commonplace . Key pick up and host Oscar easily contacted and helpful .

Only things personal to me i could mention, but this would be pointless except maybe if we the guests could me more respectful of properties and fixtures , pots and crockery etc we all could benefit.

Oscar was very helpful with all our needs So he gets 10 out of 10

Double bed 🛌, we would have liked 2 single beds

We did not eat breakfast as we like to go out.

The studio is in the Jupiter complex, this should be mentioned on the booking, our taxi driver couldn't find it and had to ask a couple of locals. More toilet rolls as we had to go out and buy some.

Lovely apartment. Well situated for bars and restaurants. Beautiful gardens surrounding the pool areas

Nothing to dislike about the apartment. The pool area was only opened at 11 am out of season but because the weather was so lovely would have liked it to be opened earlier

Experiencia pésima, no recomendable en absoluto” La estancia fue muy desagradable. El alojamiento estaba extremadamente sucio: Cocina sucia y el menaje en el suelo. Ropa de cama sucia y toallas, malos olores y el baño en condiciones deplorables. Claramente no se realiza una limpieza adecuada entre huéspedes. Las fotos que muestran en la página no se corresponden en absoluto con la realidad. La sensación de abandono e insalubridad hizo que la estancia fuera incómoda e incluso poco segura. Hasta tal punto de irnos una noche antes de lo contratado ya que íbamos con dos niños pequeños. No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto. Hay muchas otras opciones mejores y más limpias en la zona.

It is close to the beach and other attractions.

It would definitely need a actual smart t.v and the washing machine had a very bad smell. Other than that it was excellent stay.

Very well equipped studio apartment. Oscar left a lovely welcome pack with milk, eggs, fruit, tea bags and wine. Bed was comfortable and aircon worked well. 8 minutes walk to the beach. Good water pressure in the shower.

A suggestion only..... a hairdryer would be a great addition.
