We liked the location, clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, facilities, pool.

No toiletries as advertised No toilet paper as advertised It’s not on the ground floor as advertised, it’s floor one as we needed a lift or stairs to access the apartment. Not a problem for us, but someone may NEED it on the ground floor. One occasion, we went to use the pool at 11:30am, but was told no as it was being cleaned, I understand it has to be cleaned, but why not clean it earlier in the morning. We actually didn’t get in the pool until 12:30pm

The apartment was very clean and tidy

Internet information was wrong Messaged for help but dint reply for 2 days In the end I just figured it out my self And only 1 set of keys was a right pain

Exceptionally clean.very comfortable beds.Very quite at night.Beautiful garden very well kept.Great to have coffee,teabags,sugar all the cleaning clothes etc. there when we arrived.

Extra money for late check inn building going on next to it woke everymorn at 8 by noise of machinery no towel change

Many major issues - major building works next to apartment which was very noisy from 8am-6pm, shower overflowed and smelt when upstairs flushed toilet, oven came out of housing and nearly fell on me, swimming pool not open until 1 June, front door lock fiasco as took over 90 seconds to open each time and worried key would break and be locked out. When we thought it couldn’t get any worse, had 2 nights of ant infestation in bathroom and main bedroom - so unhygienic and extremely upsetting finding ants all over bedroom floor and climbing up wall behind bed! Whole experience was very distressing and ruined holiday

The property and location

No sun on the balcony, the pool was not open and there was a building site making a lot of noise from 8.30 to 6pm each day.

apartment was great , it had everything we needed adn was very comfortable

i am disappointed as we booked this apartment because it had a pool . but when we arrived we were told the pool was closed until May . i would of not booked this knowing the pool was closed . it did NOT state this on booking. i had my 3 relatives 70 onwards and the reason for having a pool was so they didn't have to leave the apartment much . but we had to get taxis into town to be at the beach. this is my only criticism.

Location was good, close to all amenities.

There is a building site next door and whilst this is beyond the owner's control there was some disturbance and disruption from this.
