the location was good, very close to the beach and not far from restaurants, the apartment was nice and spacious, renting was very uncomplicated, the landlord was very responsive .

the construction site next to the apartment was really noisy. .

Les lits ne sont pas très confortables et les linges de maison ne semblaient pas très frais

The spacious lounge/kitchen area. All bedrooms had air conditioning and the location was fantastic. A couple minutes walk to restaurants, bars and the beach the host was prompt in response and very helpful.

The apartment was a tad more worn than the photo's shown., a couple of strategic placed rugs covered damaged tiling/concrete floors is all

Nice and modern apartment. Very close to the beach and places to eat and a little grocery shop if needed.

Sheets and towels hadn't been changed from previous guests when we arrived. We didn't receive an apology for this. No information for WiFi details or where to throw our rubbish. Whilst we could work out for ourselves, this must be the only place where there has literally been NO information provided for guests and did affect our overall impression of the accommodation, mainly on the service/welcome side of things.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The appartment is clean, spacy and very well equipped (towels, kitchen equipment, etc.). The beautiful beach of Flic-en-Flac is only a few meters away and there is also a nice shared swimming pool in the facility. The host is super attentive and supportive. He proactively contacted us in advance of our arrival giving us all the necessary details and information. He also supported us to get a transfer from and back to the airport. All in all: a full thumps-up!

The apartment was great, centrally located, very close to the beach and restaurants. Facilities were great, with a lovely pool. Antish was fantastic with his communication and assistance, beyond just the accommodation - much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again, and recommend to all.

I would just suggest the addition of some basics like tea/coffee/sugar/bottle water so if one has a late arrival (as we did) it would be nice to have something to drink, and also for waking up in the morning!
