Sutherland mini apartments

Modern, clean, well equipped, nicely decorated apartment. A coffee machine with coffee pods.

The apartment was tiny with low ceiling, a bit claustrophobic. The beds were high up. The bathroom was smelling of mould. We needed to check out by 10am "as the cleaning team had other apartments to clean". Not value for money given the size.

Appartamento bellissimo, fornito di tutto e super pulito. La camera ha davvero tutto, anche il bagno è ben organizzato. In 4 si entra senza problemi. Caldo e accogliente… assolutamente nulla da dire. Nel nostro viaggio in Scozia, per ora, il miglior alloggio in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Prezzo veramente adatto, soprattutto in relazione ai prezzi degli altri posti (ostelli compresi)

Bad und Zimmer waren sauber

Optisch superwinziges Zimmer. Die Boxspringbetten haben die geringe Raumhöhe noch niedriger erscheinen lassen. Ausstattung der Küche schlecht. Kaum Platz zum Sitzen und frühstücken. Mini-Appartement im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes.

Good facilities, had everything we needed for a short stay. Coffee machine was a nice touch and the cleaners were very nice when we spoke to them.

Beds were really high up with a small step which was a little nerve wracking with young family. Beds were fine but not very comfortable. Once shower had been used, had to be careful not to open the door as it set off the smoke alarm. Pin Code provided on the app did not match the code on the lock. Had to also be careful with the fridge as it was easily moved and then stopped the door from closing.

The location of the unit was good and included parking. The bed was clean and had comfortable bedding. The kitchenette was perfectly equiped for our short stay.

The whole space was clearly a rough DIY job. The grout in the bathroom floor and stall tiles had caulking over or instead of grout. The caulking had shrunk and was peeling which was unsightly and would be impossible to clean properly. It gave the bathroom a junky, dirty feeling. The unit was very tight quarters which made luggage a challenge. The bed is a high captains bed which is awkward for a shorter person - you can't just sit on the bed.
