Location is top! Staff were nice, warm and accommodating. The pool is a good feature of the place as well.

Linens and pillows could be improved as they were not really comfortable for my taste. Wifi connection could also be improved as it wasn’t really stable or strong enough for my Teams and Zoom calls.

Nice friendly hosts and lovely staff. All very polite and welcoming.

The host was very accommodating. The facility is near other establishments, very convenient stay.

The towels left lints(?) on skin after use. Disgusting feeling.

Cottage tres spacieux, avec cuisine équipée, douche avec débit correct. Grand lit confortable. Chambre propre. Calme malgré l’emplacement central. Terrasse très appréciable. Wifi qui fonctionne très bien. Possibilité de louer scooter, et possibilité d’avoir navette pour aller à l’aéroport.

Belle piscine mais pas de transat pour s’y poser .. Pas d’eau potable à disposition, alors que proposé dans la plus part des hôtels des Philippines.

We rented the Cottage which was basically furnished but had mostly what we needed. The owner is adding to the place so things are a work in progress. It would be great to have some seating around the pool and work was being done to what will be a poolside bar the whole time - wish we could have seen it finished!

However, there was no privacy to be had - it’s situated at the front of the complex and people are always sitting or hanging around right outside so you cant really open the curtains. The bath towels were incredibly ratty, all pulled and thin (though they did change them when I asked), and no hand towels were provided. There was only one little hook in the bathroom to hang them on and no laundry airer was provided either (which other rooms did have), just a piece of string across the balcony (there was no hanging space in the room either, only shelves) - that would have been really appreciated as we were hanging damp things on the fridge handle and all sorts! The blanket on the bed was bleach stained and some of the cooking equipment wasn’t totally clean. The bathroom was a basic wet room style shower with poor water pressure in the tap but ok shower, and the toilet didn’t always flush well. The WiFi was pretty ropey - eventually the owner switched us to a better one. And bedside lamps, even just one, PLEASE! They’re not a big ask but make a huge difference. They did organise a share van back to the airport for us but there was confusion with the driver on whether it was 300PHP for us both or each - he wanted each, the hotel just said flat 300, same as on arrival, so maybe get that clarified.
