Communication before the trip was good. Very convenient location. Apartment had everything we need plus nice extras (tea, coffee etc). It was immaculately clean and really comfortable.

Comfortable beds, recently furnished, modern neat and clean apartment. Shop at a walking distance to get basic stuff.

I personally think the cost is slightly higher but I am not sure since I booked only a day in before when there were very few options left.
