The Pennefather

A wonderful self-contained unit in a magnificent village. The owners went out of their way to accommodate all our needs, even after hours. The units are well equipped and maintained, and were impeccably clean upon arrival (we were in three units). Very comfy beds, with crisp, clean linen. A super breakfast was served at the adjacent coffee shop and book shop, also selling many unique articles. A must for everyone to experience once in a lifetime, when passing by, or making a special trip. We certainly will be visiting again as the occasion arrises, as will be our friends who accompanied us! A good time was had by all. Highly recommend! 👌👍🥳

Everything was amazing and better than I ever expected. The atmosphere was welcoming, the hosts and manager were friendly, and it was everything I could've asked for. Value for money, and worth the trip.

There is nothing bad I can say about the Pennefather, they made our stay so warm and welcoming, I wouldn't want them to change a single thing.

Lodge très confortable et propre, bien situé dans le centre du village à proximité de tous les restaurants et pubs. Accueil chaleureux. C’est la 2e fois que l’on séjourne à The Pennefather. Cuisine équipée, poêle à bois, possibilité de barbecue.

Place is a bit dated, but comfortable nonetheless.
