Fantastic area, views the minute you walk out the front door, thus is a gem of a find, The property is stunning, beautiful decor, the neighbour are wonderful, extremely welcoming, do not hesitate to book this property, comes with all home utilities, absolutely everything you could possibly need, the back garden is beautiful with the river running through it, 100 stars for sure

We travel to this area regularly cant believe missed this gem..loved everything ..nothing missed for fantastic stay. Everything you need..and all immaculate spotlessly clean ..chocolates and nespresso coffee and biscuits left as welcome ..bed comfortable and a tv in bedroom perfect to relax after busy days ..cannot fault this beautiful great value apartment and so central to everything ..will definately stay here again and again ..dont hesitate in booking this ..youll not be disappointed ..honestly best weve stayed in in our 9 stays to the area over past 3 years

Nothing ..but if i was to find one negative its maybe needs lighting outside to access property ..but not really a negative ..used our phone torch ..

Good location for local bike and walking trails. Clean, modern well equipped in quiet location.

Great location for mountain biking and access to the Innerleithen high street. Pleasant little garden by a stream, complete with sturdy Asgard metal bike storage unit. Immaculate flat with a lovely feel and modern facilities. Coffee machine and complementary biscuits. Big fridge and freezer should you need them. TVs in the bedroom and living room, where there is also a comfy sofa. Bright (white) decor and clean carpets. Bedding clean and inviting. Easy to access keys from the key safe. No noise from neighbours. Very happy with it.

The shower was temperamental. The temperature would arc between 'Icelandic winter' and 'fire of a thousand suns' and back again, and I couldn't work out how to get it to stay constant. It was also a bit light in the rooms overnight, so if you need it to be really dark you might need a sleep mask. Mattress was OK at best.
