Posizione e prezzo abbordabile

La pulizia molto superficiale. Sotto i letti, divani, mobile tv non era stata eseguita. Una smart tv oggigiorno sarebbe lecito aspettarsela. Anche il wifi andava molto poco. Le lenzuola se pur pulite sarebbero ormai da cambiare.

Czyste i przestronne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, 6 osobowa rodzina i 3 osobne sypialnie były dla nas idealne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Wyjazd z parkingu podziemnego bardzo stromy

A nice apartment with 3 bedrooms. The communication with the owner was perfect. The view from the apartment is very nice and there is also a balcony along the whole apartment. You can park in the garage or by the appartement. The floor is from tiles, which is cold in the winter but the heating works very efficiently, so no problem at all, anyway I recommend to take some home shoes. The skying area Paganella is about 25 minutes by car, Madonna di Campliglio 50 minutes.

L'appartamento è molto bello e accogliente; al secondo piano, con ascensore; è vicino a tutti i servizi( supermercati, bar ecc..) raggiungibili anche a piedi(circa 10 minuti); di fronte è presente il parco oltre a un lungo fiume bellissimo Alessandro è molto disponibile e gentilissimo.

Beautiful house, parking, great view and location of the apartment.

the beds, sofa and shower are not in the best condition

Location is nice, in front of a beautiful park. I was afraid that its adjacent to the road may be too annoying during the nights but it was fine actually. I liked the roller shutters which were switching the whole apartment into a night mode at any time of the day.

Kitchen facilities can be improved by adding a kettle and a coffee maker or at least a kettle. Electric stove (not induction) was a bit difficult to operate as with some pots you need to wait really long till the water starts boiling >30min, so the secret was to find the right pot which allowed us to boil the water faster. Beds were not that comfortable, the most basic matrasses which may be seemed too soft for some people. Also you need be cautious on amount of electronic devices connected simultaneously as power can get off due to the low capacity, but this is the feature of the building itself i suppose. Overall some basic improvements can make this place much better
