The pictures are not the same that we had. Everything is quite simple, it's just minimal that I would expect to have. Furniture and appliances are quite outdated. Therefore, price/quality is not that good. The mattresses are hard. I don't know, probably it's normal in Mauritius. Cockroaches were met - both simple and tropical. There was a smell of anti incect liquid in the appartments, so all possible is done, so I think normal cockroaches is just a problem of the whole building. A tropical ones are of course understandable.

- great location - near to beach, supermarket just crossing the street, rent a car, shops, tourist agencies, restaurants just outside - great value for money - exceptionally kind owner and personal - easy communication with the owner (Evelyne, thank you!) - spacious apartment, we had 3 bedrooms on the first floor - facilities for cooking, wash mashing, liquid soap and all the small things you can think of for a self catering apartment - nice swimming pool - complimentary toys for playing on the sand for my kids In short this is a great safe simple place, great value for money with a very kind helpful owner and personal. It is not a five star hotel you don't expect luxury it is simple place, but proce is great for what you receive and it has everything that you need for your vacation. I was there with my two small kids and we all was feeling great. I would definitely recommend it!

- was very noisy on Thursday and Friday - live music just the street in front so I watched them from the one window it was live singing and from the other room that was facing street you can hear the closest pub playing loud music. However, Sunday it was ok. - dishes and other kitchen stuff were not super clean and some of them sticky

Loud place, especially weekends Next door the demolition of old house was durong whole stay, construction of new one will start soon. To stay with baby we needed to clean floor everyday as staff does not take off shoes and there was a lot of dust from next door house demolition. The dirtiest beach in Mauritius, but we had car and went everyday to surrounding beaches, Wolmar, Tamarin, Le Morne, etc.. Missing roundabout at main road to P. Louis. Traffic light causes a lot of traffic jams..
