Room smelled a bit off. I arrived at check in time and was only given the code about half an hour later, had to wait there with all of my luggage outside

The view was nice, our apartment was spacious

There was a lot of problems with plumbing and safety but thy fixed it as we asked

Friendly staff, space was good and well-equipped, good balcony, good value for money. We liked the location.

Some things were a bit unclean when we got there eg toilet seat. There was an oven which we were hoping to use but they didn't provide baking tray/ oven tray.

I love this location. Dark curtains were a plus as I was traveling with a baby.

A short walk to the Chedraui which is really handy. The apartment was bright and breezy. When we got to the unit the door handle fell off in our hand and there was no toilet seat. We contacted the owner and it was all fixed up that day. Amazing service.

It is located about the middle of the island. It is a 30 minute walk to the ferry dock and playa Centro. To go to Punta Sur you really need to take a bus, which is easy and cheap to do.

I enjoyed it. The location was good. Close to Chedaraui, lots of places to eat nearby. A short walk to Mango's which I love. Had no issues getting cabs. Would stay again. The only issue was maybe water pressure and the toilet needed to be jiggled or it wouldn't fill both minor issues. Was a nice sized living room, aC worked well, though I preferred to leave windows cracked and catch the breeze. The neighbors were really nice, even showing me an amazing fresh juice place down the street.

I didn't like the stairs because I was in a walking boot and the pitch is funny but it was doable. I had no other issues. It was what I expected in accommodations.
