ZAI liked everything about the place it self. Its spacious and so beautiful. Yolanda was nice with us and she made sure she provide us with continues information especially with the fires that happened around the area. Jeffrey's Bay is a nice holiday place especially with family. We stayed in Kingston Place no 13.
When It comes to Kingston Place 13. I liked everything. My other family stayed in Kingston 26. The agent or consultant who made the booking for us. Rene Meyer ,,she was so rude with us, no costumer care skills. Not providing us with information on time and always threatening me that she will chase my other family out of the house because of noise etc.. while the noise was lower. We got a worst treatment at Kingston 26 because of Rene Meyer.
ZAI loved everything about the place. Well equipped and felt like home away from home. Everything you need is there. The views is spectacular.
ZAThere was a lot of mold in both bedrooms in the corner window pane and on the drop down blinds. I'm allergic to mold so I was concerned. There was mold in the lounge ceiling as well. If it weren't for the mold, we'd be back.

Die Einrichtung wies umfassende Beschädigungen auf. Fast alle Zimmer waren stark von Schimmel befallen. Auf Anforderung wurden Teile des Schimmels am 2. Tag des Aufenthalts entfernt. Lampen, Griffe, Schiebetüren, Herdplatten, Jalousien, Wäschetrockner und andere Gegenstände waren defekt. Insgesamt wirkt die Wohnung abgewohnt und dreckig. Auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung zum Check In ist ein Boot zu sehen und erwähnt. Dieses ist nicht vorhanden.
ZAWe absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our visit to the area. It is beautiful, safe, nice to cool in the water, go for a walk, kids to play on a jungle gym. So many nice restaurants close by. Aston beach very close. We would love to stay here again.
The Braai area was quite dirty and didn't have a steel brush to clean it with. We did Braai every day. The window in the bathroom has a small opening, so bathroom gets cold when windy. One window on the porch area is cracked and due to that it does not lock.
USThe house was OK but finding it was difficult . It would be helpful to have more precise direction.
