The view is nice. The flat is spacious.

The flat is on top of 3 flights of stairs with no lift!!! there's no balcony which is a shame. The cleanliness is poor, there are naked wires on the walls. The flat is on top of a restaurant that cooks a lot of fish, nothing wrong with a fish but the smell follows you in the stairs and since the only window in the bathroom gives to the staircase, if you leave it open the whole flat smells of fish. The hot water in the bathroom went on and off every 2 min which was quite annoying.The surrounding area is not the nicest, the beach is not nice, the parking lot next to the property looks desolated and unsafe. Since there is no air conditioning and no fans in the flat we left some windows open in order to breathe at night as it was quite hot. We found a cockroach in our bedroom one night and that was the last strike for us, so after 4 days we left. When we spoke to the sister of the owner she told us that cockroaches were normal, which we found shocking. Yes cockroaches are everywhere on the island but you don't want to have them in the flat, so the treatment wasn't done properly. The agency taking care of the property "Sunny Stay Tenerife" was not helpful at all, we contacted them straight away to explain why we needed to leave and to request a refund. They are purposely not replying to booking.com and hence blocking the refund request that we registered through the booking platform. They have then removed the property from booking.com availability but they were active on air BnB, just to avoid having to deal with our complaint and refund request. All in all we were very disappointed with the flat and the agency. I would recommend avoiding this property especially for the families.

Прекрасное расположение, просторные апартаменты, засыпали под шум прибоя. Рядом минимаркет, на первом этаже рыбный ресторанчик, общественная парковка. Гостеприимные хозяева. Отдыхали компанией из 5 человек - 2 детей, 3 взрослых. Остались все довольны.

Маленький минус - третий этаж, подниматься пешком, но это не испортило нам настроения :)

It’s a nice, clean and spacious apartment with beautiful sea views. The host was very helpful and always available via Whatsapp. The restaurant downstairs was very good, catering mostly for locals. Parking was always available, The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so if climbing up the stairs, particularly with suitcases, was somewhat demanding (but you only take up your stuff once). Also, the place has one combined shower room and toilet, which may slow down things during the “peak hours”. But we vere overall very happy with our stay there.

No major issues.

The view from the windows was amazing, small charming town, clean apartment with fully equipped.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment is in a great location. All beautiful beaches are accessible and not far away. We got eazy to the other sights by local bus. Bus stops are also very close. View from apartment is great.

The apartment is so clean, so spacious and has the most beautiful views you couldn't put a price on. I definitely will be back, lovely little town and restaurant below .

You have to be fit, four flights of stairs, was a tad difficult with the suitcase you and then back down but not too much of a problem.
