Proximity to the beach, and surrounding areas. The host gave excellent directions on how to find the caravan, and key safe.

The booking was falsely advertised. The accommodation was a 3 bed caravan, but didn't include a private pool as suggested in the booking. Yes we had access to the pool belonging to Park Dean Resorts, but I would have had to pay £12.95 per adult, and £9.95 per child extra. Also a coffee table would have been nice, so I could drink my tea whilst sat on the sofa watching television when the children went to bed.

Beautifully clean and homely neat caravan. Everything was so compact and well laid out. Towels supplied and response time on questions asked was almost instant thank you. Nice clean place. Good location within the park close access to everything and few minutes walk from beach.

Beds were narrow and not the most comfortable but expected for caravan (just never done it before). Would have liked swimming pool included rather then having to buy a separate entertainment pass.

The site was great, really close to the beach and the kids loved the arcade. The swimming pool was good too, although you need to book before you go to garentee getting in, we had to squeeze in where they had space.

The crockery and plates were not clean, they jjad beeb put in the cupboard unwashed. The caravan is comfortable although a little tired.

Great communication and info from the second I booked. The caravan was clean and tidy with a lovely homely feel. A short distance to all the amenities but not too close to be a nuisance. Lovely sitting out on the deck with a cuppa listening to the sea. Great having hardstanding next to the caravan for your car too! I enjoyed my stay so much, thank you!!!

The tiniest thing that wasn't really a problem but, if I had to mention something it would be not having a coffee table for my cuppa.
