The property is fantastic. It offers plenty of privacy, which is very important to me. The host was waiting for us to give us the keys to the apartment. The apartment is clean, modern, and very well furnished.

The location is close to the beach and the city center as well. It has a big terrace, overlooking the water. It has a fully equipped kitchen. It has working ac, a big free parking. The host is very nice.

There are no condiments in the kitchen whatsoever. Not one gram of salt or pepper. No oil to use with the pans or anything. No baking sheets, nothing. The rules state that you must take the trash out daily, but there are no extra trash bags in the apartment provided by the host, besides the one in the kitchen and a small one in the bathroom. The terrace doors don't have insect nets, so if you want to have fresh air in the apartment, you have to deal with a lot of types of insects coming inside. The mosquitoes feasted on us. The AC is placed in the living room, but in the bedroom it gets really hot at night, and the option is to either leave the door open and welcome insects in, or to let the AC blow all night in the living room, which doesn't make a difference.

A newly renovated apartment with a great sea view. Comfortable, clean, spacious. All arrangements with the landlady easy and direct. An absolute recommendation.
