If it was clean and things not broke it would have been nice

Kitchen was absolutely filthy, floors were dirty with hairs all over. Kitchen tap hanging in by a thread. Photo evidence taken, complaints put forward and nothing done about it, checked in at 4:30 on NYE and checked out at 9am NYD. Waste of nearly £500. Disgusting customer service. Do not book!

Good size rooms. Very quiet.

Low uncomfortable bed and lounge. No hair-dryer. No shower gel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen basics,e g. Tea, coffee, salt,pepper. Things you would expect in this price point. After we rang them the cleaner came with dishwasher liquid and hand gel but was quite rude.

It was clean and comfortable. Very spacious so the kids can enjoy at full. Almost all facilities were there for a nice stay.

One of the room had no window and bed was slightly small.

Beautiful spot, handy to the lakes. Property was spacious and tastefully decorated. The sofa bed was comfortable. Guestz staff make contact via txt and left a message to check how our stay was going but I didn't see the message until the day before we were leaving.

Some of the lamps did not have a light bulb. The carpet at the foot of the stairs and the ensuite bedroom was loose - needs tracking down. An extra tea towel would have been handy and toilet roll and kitchen paper.towel. Some paint work required around bathroom window.. Would have liked the shower to be warmer and heated towel rail to work.

The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was a perfect stay for a local wedding.

Parking was a slight issue.

Great property for families using the apartment. Super convenient and good value.

Very far from Windermere and Keswick and other tourist attractions, no shops and other market near by so very difficult to get food and all
