Apartamento Sol y Mar I

Overall it is OK apartment and we would stay here again. It is light, spacious, good mattresses, two separate bathrooms/showers, there is an escalator to reach it what was a big advantage for us with the baby stroller. It has a nice balcony that connects three rooms and I loved having breakfast there. Also, located perfectly - close to bigger supermarket, other shops, caffes, big children playground, 5 min walk to the seaside.

It lacks of a good, hearty maintenance. A good, deep cleaning occasionally would help. The view from the window is a bit frustrating as it faces not finished building but I was aware of that so no disappointment. Not much can be done about it. Soundproof is not that good so better have the earplugs - couple of nights the neighbors were loud (not even partying, just loudly talking), we couldn't sleep, felt like being in the same room with them. But other nights were OK, the Italian restaurant downstairs didn't bother us. The kitchen could be equipped better but if you don't cook that much you will not miss it. In any case, a new kettle is a must as the current one is a joke. And pay attention to the early check out time (10 am!) A reminder on a night before would help to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Perfect for big family even up to 7 people if you are looking for accomodaton for more then 7 I recommend to take two apartaments. We had great time. Thank you

Showers always cold. After asking based on solar energy, but at night only cold showers.
