Aqua Luxury Villas

The room was clean. The location was good. Plenty of hot water for a shower for a day after the beach.

We had to call for someone (not very friendly) to come and give us the keys. There were no amenities. There were plates and glasses, but no kettle or coffee machine. When we checked out we had to call again to ask where to leave the keys.

The owners and personnel at Aqua Luxury Villas were kind and helpful, promptly answering all our emails and greeting us properly. However, there was a lack of communication regarding where to leave the keys upon departure. Fortunately, I encountered one of the staff members who informed me that another staff member was downstairs to assist.

The property is modern but not luxurious, and it is quite overpriced for what it offers. The lack of insulation meant we could hear everything all the time, and the neighbors did not respect quiet hours. Additionally, the "villas" are not accessible for individuals with mobility issues or handicaps. The kitchen lacked many essentials, including kitchen towels and cleaning cloths, though we only prepared porridge for the baby and didn't cook meals. We were provided only two sets of towels (big and medium) with no small ones, and there were no hangers for jackets or bags, nor space for suitcases. There was no table to eat inside our room, though this may vary in other rooms. The high price did not justify the amenities provided, so I would not recommend staying here. Despite being categorized as a hotel, our room was cleaned only once, and the dish detergent had already been used by previous guests. The room wasn't very clean, possibly due to the high season?! The online pictures are edited, and there was a cable hanging under the kitchen cabinets. Overall, I would not visit Potidea again, let alone stay at this hotel.

The room was pristine. Very comfortable. The host was very helpful.

A coffe machine would be most welcome.

Everything was great! Room was clean and big, beach was very close, i recomend to everybody! We were with a toddler, so big room and balcony was life saving!

Close to the beach, close to the center. Clean spacy rooms, with everithing you need. It was better in person than on the photos. A big plus for the manager, we had reaservation for 2 adults with 2 kids and on the reservation said that there will be a queen bed and a sofa but instead there were 2 queen beds (yay) and it was a pleasent surprise for us. More space to sleep for everyone :)

Few times there was smell from the bathroom not that it was not clean but it was coming out of the drainage (typical for rooms by the beach).

Very comfortable and clean . Beach is very close. Beds are very big and cosy. 2 balcony.

East side ,it's problem early in the morning. Also, view is bad,watching another empty house from the balcony. The street is main local street with cars passing by every few minutes. AC hits directly in the head when you sleeping at night, if you like to sleep with AC.
