The price/quality is really on the high end. The host is a professional tourist guide for the region. He gave us an introduction on the first day on what we can do for the time we stayed there.

The location of the accommodation was great, close to the train and spectaculat view to the mountains and you have a small terrace to enjoy it while having breakfast/ dinner. Kitchen’s equipment was okay, plenty of warm water and the shower had a holder for the shower gel, soap, everything had space and I loved that. It was nice looking and clean, and the owner was very kind and helpful, gave some tips on tours and was flexible about the arriving and check-in time, which is very much appreciated and helpful. In the kitchen there was salt and pepper which is great, although we brought our own but very attentive feature from the owner, I think. There was mosquito net on the windows so we could air the apartment anytime of the day. I am a somewhat light-sleeper, so I wrote some part of that in the other section which might be very important to other similar people, but other than those factors which I wrote about down below, this is a perfect place.

The beds are too soft thus very uncomfortable, it is made from some type of memoryfoam which does not hold your back and warms up instantly. For some people this is not an issue at all but I am a light-ish sleeper and could not comfortably rest during the night. The walls are thin or must be because we could hear everything from the neighbours who were a very loud family with child, so random talking from 4am in the morning to screaming to 8am, but this depends on what kind of neighbours you get. There was no courtain, only some venetian blinds( which was partially broken) so it was not dark and I could not sleep because of the sun’s shining through the windows and big glass terrace door. I tried to sleep with a black t-shirt on my face- This is again for the light sleepers, but it might be very important for many. (The sleeping hormones production may depend on the light resulting in a poor quality of sleeping.) One main concerning part was that at this accommodation that you can not choose whether you get a mountain-looking view or just a garden view. I had lots of booking staying and we could always choose and know definitely what view we are paying for. Although the owner was very helpful and kind, people should be able to choose and know what are they paying for because for some people who travel more thousand kilometers just to see the High-Tatras, should be able to know if they expect to wake up to this spectacular view every day and can enjoy it or not. Thankfully, we were lucky and got the beautiful view apartmant as they were shown on the pictures. Definitely should check and make sure with the owner beforehand about the view, because like us, this was the feature that we decided at this accommodation and not the other ones and would have been a great disappointment otherwise.

Location, comfortable space. The hosts did an amazing job. I'd definitely recommend it and would repeat if available next time. Thank you.

The owner was really nice, he told us everything about the accomodation and about the High Tatras. He gave us information about the hiking tours and about everything. The apartment is beautiful and well-equiped. The TEZ (train) is about 8-10 minutes by the apartment by walk.
