View out across to Cres is sublime at sunset, and 5 min walk to Plaža Huboka is unbeatable. Clean, modern, minimal interior made for mostly comfortable stay. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking.

Washing machine is advertised although laundry detergent is not provided…a bit misleading. Shampoo and bath soap also are not provided, which one would think come standard. Unfortunately the pillows were too flat for us and we woke up with soar necks each morning, but suppose that’s a matter of personal preference. Otherwise, very nice place.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you could need for a weeks holiday. Tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Easy access to the sea down steps or along the path to the beach. Easy access to local grocery shop. Lovely showers, well equiped kitchen and peaceful balcony with exceptional views and comfy loungers.

The house is very clean, very well equipped with qualtity accessories. The view is fantastic. The sea can be reached via some steps, in about 3 minutes. I would definitely recommend it. Hope we will come back.

There was nothing I did not like.

The apartment is nice and modern. Everything that you need to stay is there. Each bedroom has their own large bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities. View form the terrace and salon are amazing. If you want to watch morning sunrise with coffee – you are in the right place. Small shop is in center of Sveta Marina. Supermarkets are in not far away Labin. Two beaches within walking distance. The bay is visited by a dolphin’s almost each day. Very good place as base to sightseen Istria and neighborhoods islands. Lovely room with a wonderful view of the sea. The dog appreciated the warm floors in winter. Excellent roads for hiking. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Everything was great. 11\11.

Very new, modern, clean and cosy apartment. Great location, close to the beach and dive center. Nice view over the bay from balcony. Fully equipped kitchen, very spacious bathrooms.

Very nice spacious modern apartment with sea view. We were only two of us in the apartment and we were almost looking for each other. Two separate rooms with separate bathrooms.

It is a small village, so of course the activities are not huge, we were also out of the main season. It's across the village to a shop or restaurant, but considering the size of the village it's really not a big deal.

The views from all the rooms are stunning: only water and mountains. The apartment is really spacious for the assigned number of guests and silent. Maintained tidy and very clean. It seems to be built with durable materials and fitting elements. We mainly paid attention at the smoothly working big panorama windows and very comfy beds. We didn't meet the hosts, all was (well)organized contactless, but we got very precise directions via emails.

Beyond the high season it's far from shops, restaurants and other facilities (local ones are closed) that are available only via a very mountainous road. However for some people it can be an advantage to do shopping and hide away from the others.

We had some very good time. Peaceful, quiet place surrounded by nature. Everything is close - beach, hiking trails, breathtaking landscapes. Fresh air, beautiful views and perfect appartment. Everything one would need is there for a perfect family holiday. Our kids are already asking when we will come back :)
