Great location just a stones throw from the bus station with regular buses between Playa Blanca, Puerto Del Carmen and the Airport (Take the 161 bus from the Airport for 3 euros 30 at time of this review, Taxis were asking around 60 to 70 euros!). Easy hassle free access with key safe, code provided juat prior to your arrival in a timely manner. Juan, the host, is super friendly and very efficient! OK, yes, the apartment may appear a little dated to some, but it's reflected in the price. It's excellent value for money, it's spacious, well equipped, clean and has all the necessary facilities. Even some unexpected extras, such as a deckchair and beach umbrella. The only thing missing would be a fan, which I didn't require as it was relatively cool during my stay. The kitchen was great, with hob, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and plenty of plates, cutlery and utensils. Back to location, just a few minutes walk to the local supermarkets including Spar and Hyper Dino and also the front. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by and I found it to be very relaxed and quiet during my stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to any potential guests.

Near beach,shops,bus station. Bed comfortable. Plenty of utensils. Plenty of Wardrobe space. Found WiFi after 4 days as no instructions.

Needs maintenance, when it rained we had huge puddle on floor near front window. Inside of fridge dirty where spills had occurred and hadn't been cleaned. Freezer needed defrosting very thick ice,door broken. Duvet to small for the cover. Needs broom & pan to sweep floor. No plug in sink in bathroom.

Excellent location.

Not very comfortable. Very cold.
