Cozy House II

Bathroom was too cold. I could not have a bath because of it. Backyard is messy and unpleasant.

Place itself very clean and have all necessary facilities. Lovely host, comfortable bed, great neighborhood close to everything just 10 minutes of walking to city center and also very quiet at night, lovely space to cook in. I can recommend it to everyone.

Everything you need is there. You can even cook something at the room. Wash your clothes. The location is good.

It was really cold place. There's no heat at the bathroom and it smelled cigarettes smoke for 4 days of active taking the fresh air into the bathroom.

Amazing host! Was always there to help, nice location and views! One of the most authentic areas in Tbilisi Old Town, which might soon be totally gone and replaced due to gentrification in the future.

The overall renovation level inside could've been a little refreshed for a few hundred bucks. I was there in winter, end of January, maybe the coldest time of the year, so the temperature inside was a little low at night or evenings, which wasn't really pleasant, but could be okay for someone. The host provided the heater, so all was fine. But in spring, summer this isn't applicable. The backyard looks a little bit like construction side with building materials lying around, you need to walk up the stairs and to be careful at night, also it makes the presence of the suitcase really hard to carry around, or if you have disabilities, or with older people. Would be also great to have a microwave oven in the future instead of sandwich maker. Apart from that I had a great time at the place!

This was a nice little apartment in an Italian style courtyard. The private kitchenette was well-supplied. There was plenty of hot water for dishes and showers. Nice and quiet since it was not near heavy traffic.

The room is a bit small for two people, if you are planning to stay more than a few days. But the person I was sharing with said he would be comfortable here for a longer time if he were solo. Suggestion to owner: A squeegee in the bathroom would have been nice for keeping the floor dry, since it has an open-type shower.

David is extremely kind and helpful host. Great communication with host. The place itself has everything I needed for my stay. I was able to warm up my food (there is gas hob). Shower was hot. Shampoo, hand wash and towels provided. Good size of the apartment. Was clean. Didn't have any issues. For the price the apartment is offered is absolutely great. Would definitely recommend if someone is travelling on low budget. Much better than staying in the hostel

There are few things which could be improved but didn't bother me. Floor in the bathroom stays wet after taking shower so suggested to get e.i. mop. I forgot to mention to the host that kitchen towel would be handy to dry dishes. There seemed to be an issue with one of the sockets as the ligh bulb blew up from the lamp when connected to it but David said he will take a look. Overall some things could be a bit cleaner (hob's handles).
