Fantastic apartment which had everything required for a month long stay. Very quiet location.

Highly recommend. Beautiful quiet location. Apartment had everything we could have possibly needed. Wonderful sun terrace gets the sun all day. Kitchen well equipped. Good water pressure for shower. Washing machine and drying area a great help. Acairo so incredibly helpful and kind, went over and above to help us arrange taxi back to airport as very early flight home. Pool cool but it's January; refreshing and well maintained. Useful local shop in the complex, ten minutes walk to more shops/ good restaurants/ bus stop.

It was very clean, had all the basic amenities, plus basics like salt, coffee, etc. Great location on Shangrila, community pool was clean.

It was sweltering hot in there, with no windows in the main room/bathroom. We had to rely on keeping the doors open but had to close them at night. The couch, which turns into a double bed, was horrifically uncomfortable. We left the outdoor light on because we were returning home late one night. we had just got in and received a message from the owner to please turn the light off. We felt like we were being watched over. There are 4 keys and it took us a while to figure out which key is for what, we also didn't know that we needed a key to get into the pool before a stranger let us know. They need to be labelled.

suggestion, maybe a corkscrew and bottle opener would be a good addition to the utensils available.

Super quiet area with stunning views of volcano. Short walk to local bars, restaurants & supermarket. Easy bus ride to main Playa Blanca area. Very spacious apartment with lovely sunny terrace and huge pool available. Fabulous!

Wifi was slightly intermittent but just needed to contact host to resolve. Host is planning on installing a router to remove this issue.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy and was perfectly decorated. The apartment went above and beyond our expectations and we will definitely be returning for another holiday. Acairo was really helpful and always around to answer any questions.

Key code sent to us for entry to this lovely safe apartment, near to the two swimming pools which were neve busy beach towels and umbrellas were provided. Outside had a parasol and seats for breakfast and two sun loungers. It is lovely and quiet her at night my husband is an astronomer and we enjoyed sitting out at night watching the skys and hearing only silence and the rustling of the tree leaves. At the back there is an outside clothes line and space to put up the clothes drier provided ,the washing machine works well and clothes dry quickly. We stored our cases out here as it is totally secure and there was no rain. There were even some pegs. The bathroom is a good size and there is a hairdryer in the drawer and towels including spares so you can have a midweek change . The kitchen is well equipped good sized fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, large casserole pan and smaller ones for the 2 ring hob, cheese grater, coffee maker, sieve, cooking bowls, peeler, scissors, knives I think a lemon squeezer, glasses, plates and bowls, salt pepper and sugar and a lovely welcome bottle when we arrived. Bed was comfy with nice pillows there was a fan and even an anti mosquitto plug. 10 hangers in wardrobe plus lots of drawers and hanging drawers. There were 2 blankets but it was too warm to need those. We were contacted to ask if we needed a change of linen after a week which was lovely. The settee was large and a little table and chairs inside. There was a large television. There is a little supermarket on the site which stocks almost everything you might need. The apartment is bigger than we expected really clean and lovely it is near where we have relatives living and when we visit them again we will certainly check whether it is available they were impressed when they saw it. Taxis to Playa Blanca centre are just under 5 Euros but we walked in twice a long but beautiful walk along the coast. There are also shops and restaurants within 10 mins walk
