La Vista al mar de Belén

The view and location were beautiful. The house manager was lovely, great communication and accommodated a late arrival. It was a convenient uber into Valencia for about $15

There were silverfish in the property which, we know are common, but still grossed us out. The beds are very uncomfortable and all linens (sheets and towels) need to be updated. Could use some TLC

The closeness of the beach was excellent . The view from the balcony was marvellous. The flat was spacious.

We hadn't realised that there was no sea view from any of the bedrooms.

Single beds could be more comfortable

it felt spacious, and was very well equipped. The view of the sea was lovely and the marina was very gorgeous. Belen was very helpful with any queries too.

The only issue was that we didn’t have a car, and ended up relying on taxis as the bus service wasn’t frequent at all.

The view is amazing. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. We wanted the sea instead of the city center for our Valencia city break. Belen prepared all the toiletries needed, we also had the kitchen very well equipped.

The closeness to the beach, the privacy of the balcony, the facilities within the apartment, well equipped kitchen etc.
