Cozy apartment on the sea

It is very good place to stay

The host awaited us at the agreed-upon time, handed us the keys, provided a detailed description of the area, dining options, transportation possibilities, showed us the cellar with loungers and umbrellas, and recommended a good restaurant. He was extremely kind, friendly, helpful, and warm-hearted. The accommodation was exceptional. Beautiful location near the beach, clean and relatively peaceful environment, very well-equipped and functional apartment, an incredibly pleasant place to stay.

Everything was fantastic, and I have absolutely no complaints about the accommodation. I highly recommend it.

Spacious, clean, comfortable appartment with a nice balcony. Host was very responsive and helpful. The area is quiet and beautiful with colorful houses, close to the beach and to several restaurants.

Buses to Valencia not very frequent. Taxis are always available though.

location and the house is awesome.all things were arranged in house so we were happy a lot.

Lovely apartment with stunning views to enjoy from the balcony, especially sat out in the evening after dark. Brilliant location a stone's throw from the beach and Port Saplaya is a very pretty area to walk around with a number of nice little bars and restuarants in a few areas. Easy and quick access into the city for day trips too. Sergio was a fantastic and very friendly host and responded to texts very quickly. We would definitely return to his and Anastasia's apartment!

Considering the balcony is such a feature and the weather so inviting to sit out, it's a shame the chairs are old and very uncomfortable. The kitchen is a little dated but it wasn't a problem at all.
