Уютно, чисто, нас встретила приятная девушка. Расположение удобно, рядом нашли хороший супермаркет и ресторан, а также ходили до парка Европы и Моста Мира пешком. В целом прекрасно, все понравилось!

Очень хорошее место. Приятные хозяева, очень чистые и хорошие апартаменты. Очень хорошее жилье. Если планируете остановиться в Тбилиси можете смело ехать сюда.

Unfortunately, the only positive thing I can say about this accommodation is its location.

Unfortunately, the only positive thing I can say about this accommodation is its location — it's close to popular tourist spots. Aside from that, the experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect what you see online. The photos are beautifully staged and very "Insta-friendly", but the reality is a completely different story. The apartment looked clean and stylish in pictures, but in person, we encountered mold on the walls and black mildew in the bathroom — a serious health hazard. Definitely not a place for families with children or anyone who values their well-being. Despite booking a non-smoking apartment, the room we were given was heavily saturated with the smell of nicotine. Furniture, curtains, and even the bedding reeked of cigarette smoke. An ashtray was placed openly on the table. After just two nights, all our clothes had to be thoroughly washed. We considered leaving and filing a formal complaint, but traveling with tired kids made that difficult, so we endured the two nights and left as soon as we could. Never again. To make matters worse, the building across the street is a crumbling ruin — bricks and rubble literally facing the entrance. This was not mentioned anywhere. And believe me, it's not "Georgia standard" that's not my first stay here. It's below standard. In my opinion, we should have been refunded for the moral damage and for putting our health at risk. If you think I’m exaggerating, feel free to check my other reviews — I usually leave only positive feedback or none at all. But in this case, I felt responsible to warn others. Great apartment at an affordable price. Both the rooms had air conditioning. Every facility was available including iron, hair dryer and kitchenware. Parking space available. Many markets nearby. We stayed here for 2 days. It was a great experience
