Нас обманули. Когда мы приехали по адресу апартаментов, мы не смогли их найти. Хозяин не прислал инструкции по получению ключей и не выходил на связь ни по телефону ни по почте. В результате мы остались буквально на улице. Прошу считать это официальным обращением в booking.com. Просим вернуть деньги за проживание в апартаментах Charming 2BR Apartment in OldTbilisi. При бронировании с карты была сразу списана полная стоимость проживания.

Локация шикарнная, в старом городе, по окрестностям можно гулять пару дней без такси/авто. В пешей доступности различные кафе и рестораны, стеклянный мост, канатная дорога. Квартира соответствует фото, есть все необходимое и даже больше, ососбенно если вы на пару дней (смутило отсутствие таблеток для посудомойки, пришлось оставить в ней грязную посуду). Удобные кровати с мягкими одеялами, много мест для хранения и зеркал В ночь перед нашим выселением в доме отключили воду, обещали включить в 11 (выселение по правилам до 11). Хост пошел на уступки и продлил проживание до 13, чего хватило, чтобы всем принять горячий душ и собрать вещи

В санузле в зимний период очень холодно, ледяной пол, тапочек нет. Неудобные каменные подушки на кроватях, пришлось спать без подушки. Ключ от апартов можно получить только после полной оплаты, ждите, пока букинг спишет 100% стоимости
