"Excellent choice for long stay with a company near great transportation hub"

Let’s begin with location. 2 minutes walk from Didube Metro station and bus station is wonderful. We took the minibus to Mtsheta for 2 lari and to Ski Resort Gadauri for 20lari. Dunkin and gas station that works 24/7 as great for small necessary purchases. Great delivery times at Wolt for deliveries that we ordered every day. The apartment is excellent, has two separate rooms, fits for 4 people and maybe even 5 because of couch in the living room. Hot water was available all the time and the heating was also fine. Big refrigerator and dining table. And washing machine is perfect for long stays.

A little problem is only one elevator in 13 story building, it could add a few extra minutes for waiting but this is usual for Georgia, so nothing extraordinary about that. We saw 2-3 cockroaches but after eliminating them we didn’t see more. Some random guests and not constant ones
