"Schöne, moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage"

Sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter. Tolle helle und gut geschnittene Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, mit Küchenbar und Allem eingerichtet, was man zum Leben braucht. Ruhig gelegen, mit privatem Parkplatz. Auch mehrere Lebensmittelmärkte in der Nähe.

Eigentlich nichts.... naja, außer vielleicht, dass ich dickerer Mensch beim Treppensteigen ins Pusten kam ;-)))
