Luxury Landing IV

This house is very clean and spacious, I travel for work a lot in Georgia and this is always my choice of place. The hosts are very polite and helpful, they are always willing to provide anything you might ask for. Communication is very easy, they are always available and attentive. The location of the house is the best you can find. I recommend it to everyone.

Повсюду грязь, чужие вещи, в квартире видимо был потоп, тк все плинтуса и двери разбухшие снизу. Мебель старая и грязная, матрасы продавленные и неудобные. Хозяева врут, деньги за проживание умышленно удерживали, уборку прислали на следующий день после обеда, после долгих уговоров. Грязную квартиру объяснили тем что уборщики устали, поэтому так «убрали». Сбежали оттуда через день.

Very convenient location, 200 meters to the old city, 20 meters from the main Rustaveli Avenue, quiet in the middle of the city, and a supermarket just around the corner, 50 meters to the paint gallery which is amazing and very much underrated. The space is well-designed, the amenities are very useful and fully functional. The room is clean, all the necessities are available in the kitchen, and the host was in touch before our arrival, was very attentive during and after our stay. Feeling at home, hope to be able to check in again next time.

First of all, we arrived in Tbilisi super early but it was no problem to drop our bags off, great! In addition, this is the best location you can get in Tbilisi, a stone's throw from liberty square, within 5 minutes walking to the most sights. Clean. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is right in the center and an ideal location for exploring the city. Everything provided for in the apartment. Instructions and communication was clear. I would highly recommend his place.

The place is simply impeccable! fully equipped and very cozy. Host was outstanding person. The apartment felt home right away. it is located in the best part of central Tbilisi. surrounded with cute coffee shops, good restaurants, super markets and local shops. Close to the historic part, the arts and Opera theater, in a short taxi ride to the Mountain park. Highly recommendable!!
